Styling Tips for Spring

Most spring outfits selections are generally fashioned on the bases of color, fabric, fit and comfort. Start your spring preparations now and avoid the last minute rush as everyone else scrabbles through the remains of the high street clothing rails at the first sight of the sun. Here are our styling tips for spring.

The Striped Blazer:

A striped blazer will serve you well for a couple of occasions from formal parties to those sun filled holidays. To tease out its smarter potential, combine with slim- or straight-fit chinos (hems rolled up slightly), a white button-down shirt and pair of chunky soled brogues or tasseled loafers. For something less dressy but inarguably stylish, team it with a classic fitted white crew neck T-shirt and pair of leather sandals.

Accessories:

  • Belts

Belts are not just for holding up your pants. The belt always makes for top positions’ as the ultimate statement piece, plus it lowers the eyes to the nether regions. So why not give them a little show? Not every belt has to be black or brown leather. Sure those are staples, but why not go bold and try out something more stylish.

  • Watches and Bracelets

Of our many a choice for styling tips for spring, a watch is the single most important accessory a man can own--it is an essential style element. A casual watch screams sloppy and spring is the best time to put on that multifunctional sport watch with your suit. Pick a bracelet that represents your style

Ties

You can wear a simple tie that matches your suit for a semi-formal event. The tie should be light for a light-colored suit and dark for a dark-colored suit. You can have some fun and pick a tie with stripes or a fun pattern.

Bright colors

When it comes to personal style, most men want to be fashionable without begging for attention. That's why it's tempting to forego bold colors in favor of safer, subdued shades. But you don't have to operate in extremes. The most important thing is to pick one bright item and wear it as a statement piece while keeping the rest of the ensemble minimal.

Change Your Hair:

Choose a hairstyle that suits your style, shape of your face and personality as well. Choose a haircut style that favors you best. If you want to go short or have a messy hair look and/or if you prefer to go longer, there are many different ways to make a statement with your hair. If you go for short hairstyle, then you have to ensure it goes with your face shape; what’s more, this style is pretty simple to maintain.
