How often will I receive a shipment?
- Once every month (around the first of the month) for the length of your subscription or until you cancel. Delivery times can vary and could be within the first week of the month on occassion.
What kind of items can I expect to receive?
- You will receive 1 necktie plus 4 stylish and classy accessories and useful grooming or lifestyle items.
When will I get my box?
- We will ship out each month - so the box will arrive around the 1st of the month
How does the subscription work?
- When you sign up you will be billed immediately for that month and then on the 20th each month after ---- and we will keep sending great items your way until you cancel the subscription.
- You will be charged upon sign up and recurring monthly payments will occur on the 20th, the next month.
A email will be sent out with every shipment (emailed to the email address you sign up with). If you'd like to cancel at any time, please email email@example.com or call our toll free number 1-877-348-8502. You can also cancel yourself by going to the secure link you will be given at initial sign up and/or the link found in each emailed monthly invoice. Follow the link and cancel the subscription. Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
- Yes, any subscription may be purchased as a gift! Please just let us know where to ship the product each month.
What's your return policy?
- Unfortunately there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on the monthly boxes but you can cancel at any time. By signing up you agree to these terms.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping is included - Free...
Where do you ship? International?
- Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada for $25. International packages are available for $40 per month.
What method of shipping do you use?
- We ship USPS whenever possible.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- If you'd like to cancel at any time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our toll free number 1-877-348-8502. You can also cancel yourself by going to the secure link you will be given at initial sign up and/or the link found in each emailed monthly invoice. Follow the link and cancel the subscription. How do I update my billing/credit card?
- When you sign up for the Monthly Club you will be provided a unique secure link after signing up and with each invoice email which can be used to modify your details. Click the link there to access your account and make any needed billing changes.
Are there penalties for cancelling?
- There are no cancellation fees associated with terminating your subscription, unless you cancel after the next billing date. You will then be charged for the following month and will receive that month’s box as your final reception. If you do not cancel before the 19th of the month, you will be charged for the current box and it will be sent to you. There are no returns or refunds given for monthly subscription boxes.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
When am I charged?
- You are charged at the point of sale for the cost of your first shipment only. You are charged for the cost of each recurring shipment included in your subscription each month thereafter on the 20th of the month. These charges continue until you decide to cancel the subscription on your own or by emailing contactharrisonblakeapparel.com.
Will you provide my email address to other companies?
- Your email address will NOT be provided to any 3rd party companies.
Does the site protect the membership information I provide?
- Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to fully protect your privacy and any information you provide, including credit card number, name and address, and any personal data. We collect only the information you choose to provide and we never make that information available to any third parties interested in contacting you without your consent. Any information you share with us will be used solely to service your membership.
