A: We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on custom made products. We will work with you to address any concerns you may have about your purchase.By submitting your own measurements, you are assuming risk in regards to a final fit. A: Yes, we require payment in full before we cut and sew your custom clothing or shoes

 

 

A: Yes, you can either use PayPal y payment check out or we can arrange your invoice to have installments on required dates. Please note, once you make a deposit towards a custom garment, you are committed to the garment, until it is paid in full. We will use your deposit to acquire the fabric or materials. There are no refunds or returns on deposits.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is Free for all U.S. orders. International shipping is $12.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: We ship anywhere in the world. Please use International Checkout.

Q: How Much Does It Cost For International Shipping?

A: We have International Checkout and rates vary. We ship to Canada for a flat rate of $12.

A: Some of our products get restocked and some are made in limited runs.
